La Directiva Europea de Eficiencia Energ\u00e9tica de los Edificios (EPBD) introdujo el concepto de Indicador de Preparaci\u00f3n Inteligente (SRI) como una herramienta m\u00e1s para alcanzar los objetivos de la Uni\u00f3n en materia de ahorro de energ\u00eda, descarbonizaci\u00f3n de los edificios y reducci\u00f3n de las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero (GEI).<\/span><\/p>\n

Este indicador permite calificar la capacidad de los edificios para adaptar su funcionamiento a las necesidades de sus ocupantes, optimizar el uso de la energ\u00eda y el rendimiento general de sus instalaciones, as\u00ed como modular su funcionamiento y reaccionar a las se\u00f1ales de la red el\u00e9ctrica (flexibilidad energ\u00e9tica).<\/span><\/p>\n

Es una metodolog\u00eda com\u00fan de la UE, que califica la preparaci\u00f3n inteligente de los edificios (o unidades de construcci\u00f3n) en su capacidad para realizar 3 funcionalidades clave optimizar la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica y el rendimiento general en uso adaptar su funcionamiento a las necesidades del ocupante adaptarse a las se\u00f1ales de la red (por ejemplo, flexibilidad energ\u00e9tica).<\/p>\n

Crea conciencia sobre los beneficios prometidos por las tecnolog\u00edas de construcci\u00f3n inteligente, como la automatizaci\u00f3n y el monitoreo de los sistemas de construcci\u00f3n (incluyendo calefacci\u00f3n, agua caliente, ventilaci\u00f3n, iluminaci\u00f3n, etc.).<\/p>\n

A trav\u00e9s de la implementaci\u00f3n del marco SRI, la innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica en el sector de la construcci\u00f3n recibe apoyo y, por lo tanto, est\u00e1 creando un incentivo para la integraci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas inteligentes de vanguardia en los edificios, lo que conduce a una mayor eficiencia energ\u00e9tica, ahorros en emisiones de carbono, as\u00ed como una mejora confort y comodidad para los ocupantes del edificio.<\/p>\n

El SRI se introdujo en el panorama pol\u00edtico europeo a trav\u00e9s de la Directiva que modifica la Eficiencia Energ\u00e9tica de los Edificios (2018\/844\/UE). La directiva envi\u00f3 un fuerte mensaje pol\u00edtico sobre el compromiso de la UE de modernizar su sector de la construcci\u00f3n a la luz de las mejoras tecnol\u00f3gicas realizadas y el requisito urgente de aumentar el ritmo actual de renovaci\u00f3n de edificios.<\/p>\n

El concepto SRI se desarroll\u00f3 a\u00fan m\u00e1s a trav\u00e9s de estudios t\u00e9cnicos, realizados en nombre de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea, que involucraron a una amplia gama de partes interesadas del sector de la construcci\u00f3n. El informe final sobre el apoyo t\u00e9cnico para el desarrollo de un indicador de preparaci\u00f3n inteligente para edificios (septiembre de 2020) proporciona un contexto adicional sobre el concepto SRI.<\/p>\n

El proyecto SRI-UMH se enmarca dentro de la convocatoria de ayudas del convenio de la Diputaci\u00f3n de Alicante con la Universidad Miguel Hern\u00e1ndez de Elche y la Universidad de Alicante para impulsar los procesos de innovaci\u00f3n, generaci\u00f3n y transferencia de conocimientos y tecnolog\u00eda en el \u00e1mbito de la inteligencia digital.<\/p>\n
